Contact the merchants which issue but the payment that was chick from my account was for $19.57 don't know who it was it doesn't tell me that but I know it was not an authorized by me

Poor customer service
an inmate was booked into the jail on Sept. 19th.
I applied for permission to do video conference calls off site, on the 20th. Received clearance on 9-23-20, 4 days later.
The Bay County Jail refused to allow me a clergy visit claiming all visits are arranged through Legacy. Legacy claims they only set the appointments once an inmate is entered into their system.
5 days after booking, this inmate had not been entered into Legacy.
The Legacy staff put me on hold and after 43 minutes waiting for them to call the jail, I hung up...
This system is a cash cow for Legacy inmate communications and in some cases the Sheriff's Dept. receives a split on the fees charged.
Some people are actually innocent until convicted, but this system treats them as if they are all convicted and therefore have no rights.

No ma'am or sir, In reference to the recent complaint I filed, this issue has not been resolved nor have I received contact from anyone. Also I canceled 2 Video dates and I haven't had any response to that either. Thank you Annie Lemaire I also look forward to response.
