These people are ridiculous I accepted a phone call and they charged me $1 yet three days later I have a $45 charge on my credit card I'm not sure who to contact about this but because the money was not in my account I couldn't buy diapers this is ridiculous and it has to stop

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

I received a collect call from my son from a BART train station in Richmond, CA which has an area code of 510 the same area code where I live (Hercules, CA) asking me to pick him up at the train station. To accept the call, they asked for my credit card knowing it would only cost a couple of dollars since its not a long distance call.

When I looked at my bank account, they charged a whopping $23.07 and another charge of $1.00.

When I called Legacy, the explanations I received were ridiculous and non sense. I will file a complain through the authorities, FCC or district attorney's office why they let this company conduct their unscrupulous business.
